  1. This WOD was good worked out more upperbody strenght but my arms are killing me but i did a good time finished it in ,25:03 im getting there.

    The 70.wall balls killed me because i have pulled muscle on my calve and yes it was hurting i wanted to cry thats how much it hurt but i did them i stsyed strong and finished the workout.
